Terms and Conditions

  • The rental is valid ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES TERRITORY. Equipment must NOT leave the United States, otherwise is CONSIDERED THEFT.
  • NO WARRANTY, INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY - No medical insurance is provided of any kind.
  • WE CLOSE AT 5:30 P.M., - No returns after 5:30 P.M. Late fee will be applied after 5:30 P.M.
  • CLEANING POLICY: Equipment must return in the same condition. Cleaning fee will be applied if returned dirty.
  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE GAS FOR ANY EQUIPMENT - You are responsible for your own gas.
  • NONE OF THE EQUIPMENTS ARE STREET LEGAL - They all have OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) license plate.
